Make this beverage in summer and remain hydrated. It’s vitamins which will cleanse the stomach and enhance your immune system. There are nutritional supplements in this beverage that will reduce high blood pressure, cholesterol, and to some degree, it’ll lower the chance of cancer. If you do not like to drink simple/tap water, then you should change your drinking regular to lemon and lemon water.

This drink has many positive aspects, I am certain that if you will try it once, you’ll make it over and over. Before making this beverage, clean all of the ingredients by gently rubbing them under tap water. Starting making the beverage by peeling the cucumber’s skin completely. Cut the cucumber into three major pieces and takeout all of the seeds out of them. When you’re done, slice those 3 significant pieces into much smaller pieces.

If you slice them, they will easy dissolve in water, together with other ingredients. Take mint leaves and then cut them in half. Cutting will enhance taste, and they will easily blend with other ingredients. Slice lemons into thin pieces and place them aside. Take a jug and add 2 quarter of water in it. Put the sliced cucumber from the jug and mix lightly for a moment.

If you would like, you can leave the jug in a fridge for one hour. This procedure will dissolve cucumber supplements in water. Add mint leaves, lemon pieces, and blend for a minutes. Put ice cubes in this beverage and function as you wish to. There are a number of ingredients you can add in this beverage.

In the long run if you don’t like the flavor, you may add strawberries and pineapple to alter the flavor. You may also use orange instead of lemon, but for improved flavor I personally advocate use of lemon. You have the option to add your favorite ingredients and pineapple.

If you leave this beverage for 2-3 hours in the fridge, this drink is going to have far better taste as compare to drinking immediately. Leaving it’s going to enable supplements to dissolve in water, which in return provides a much stronger flavor.
